Boiler Repairs/Servicing
There’s nothing worse than when your boiler starts acting up in the middle of winter, so we always recommend getting your boiler serviced before the winter starts to prevent that from happening.
Our boiler servicing costs £80 per boiler.
If your boiler isn’t working properly we’re able to fix most common boiler problems the same-day. As a trusted provider of major boiler manufacturers, we have access to a wide range of spare parts that enable us to do this.
Once we complete a boiler survey we can provide a fixed cost quote for the repair so you won’t get any unexpected surprises.

Boiler Relocations
It’s not uncommon for boilers to have been installed in weird or unhelpful locations, or even when you’re planning a remodel of a room, relocating an existing boiler isn’t something we often think about.

What do I do if I smell gas?
If you smell gas you should;
- Turn of emergency control valve at the gas meter
- Open ALL windows and doors within the property
- Make a note of the emergency number on your gas meter
- Exit the property and call the emergency number from the gas meter
- DO NOT re-enter the property until you have been informed it is safe to do by relevant authorities
Why am I losing pressure to my boiler?
If your boiler is losing pressure, you’ll want to check for any leaks. Check your radiators & bleed them regularly to ensure there is no air within the system. Check your pipework for any potential leaks.

Why is my hot water not working?
If the hot water is not working, check your boiler water pressure, it should be between 1-1.5bar. If it is not at the correct pressure, check to see why. If you’re unable to resolve the issue, please give us a call.
