Payment Schedule & Methods

Unless a deposit is required, you will need to pay upon completion of the work(s). Where a deposit is required, we will state how much deposit is required on the quote we send to you. Payment of the deposit is required prior to any work(s) being started. This is to ensure we can purchase any necessary goods/materials, deposits will be counted towards the full payment required.

We accept the following forms of payment;

• Debit/Credit Cards
• Bank Transfer
• Cash

We will provide an invoice with total amount to be paid upon completion of work(s).

Deposits are required for any goods/materials costing over £100 required to complete any work(s).

1-Year Works Guarantee

All our work is guaranteed for 1 year, with the exception to any temporary repair, known as a ‘temporary repair’ which cannot be guaranteed for 1 year.

We only guarantee our works completed by our engineers and do not cover any repairs/alterations/additions or any other such changes to any of our works by other companies and/or individuals.

Boiler Manufacturer Warranties

Alongside our own 1 year guarantee on all works, our boiler manufacturer warranties are valid for between 5-15 years depending on boiler and manufacturer. In order for the boiler manufacturer warranty to be valid, an annual boiler service must be carried out by one of our boiler engineers. Failure to complete annual boiler servicing by one of our engineers may void any manufacturer warranty.
